Welcome to Perqfolio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Perqfolio mobile app and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Perqfolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

3. Perks, Tracking, and Content

• Perqfolio helps you organize and track card perks, credits, and related values. Your results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide and the data available.
• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., custom perks/notes), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service for your use.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase paid features (such as subscriptions), you agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are handled through the App Store / Google Play (where applicable). All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or the platform’s policies.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the Service without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of perk data, valuations, or calculations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Perqfolio after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
